Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations across the organization.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines.
• Handle recruitment and talent acquisition for branch and corporate requirements.
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring needs.
• Manage employee onboarding, induction, and training programs.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance reports.
• Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
• Manage performance appraisals, employee development, and performance improvement plans.
• Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
• Develop employee engagement initiatives to improve productivity and retention.
• Prepare HR MIS reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Support business teams in achieving organizational goals through effective workforce management.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of HR practices in the Banking and NBFC sectors.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and manpower planning.
• Good knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance.
• Ability to manage HR operations across multiple branches.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.

Qualification & Experience

• MBA / PG Diploma in Human Resource Management preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Banking sector.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the NBFC sector.
• Proven experience in HR management, recruitment, and branch-level manpower operations.
• Experience handling multi-branch HR operations and large teams will be an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
