HR Manager

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines.
• Handle employee onboarding, induction, training, and development.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Manage payroll coordination, compensation, and employee benefits.
• Address employee grievances and maintain positive workplace relationships.
• Monitor employee performance and coordinate appraisal processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Manage employee engagement, retention, and disciplinary procedures.
• Supervise the HR team and prepare regular HR reports for management.

Required Qualifications:

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or a relevant field.
• Relevant experience in HR management and recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and HR policies.
• Good leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
