What they need
A graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science or equivalent
With at least 5 years HR managerial experience at an industrial, manufacturing or service operations
With extensive background on all facets of Human Resources such as Recruitment, Trainings, Employee relations, Labor relations, Compensation and Benefits and Health and Safety
With extensive knowledge on Labor code of the Philippines and HR policies and procedures
Post-graduate Masters degree on Human Resource Management/Psychology is an advantage
Know how to drive- with Professional Driver’s License (Restrictions 1-2)
Willing to work in LISP 1, Cabuyao, Laguna
