ผู้จัดการฝ่ายบุคคล / HR Manager

• Controls human resource operations, including manpower planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, employee relations, welfare and work permits.
• Developing human resource strategies in order to ensure that human resource best practices serve the organization’s goals and business strategies.
• Leading the HR team for 800 employees Up (both office and migrant workers, MOU).
• Setting up and planning the recruitment strategy and recruitment system.
• Handling organizational development and career development.
• Conducting monthly reviews and analyzing HR reports.
• Managing training and development activities efficiently and cost effectively.
• Analyzing training needs and setting up budgets / training plans.
• Setting up KPI, JD and core competency for the company, and functional competency for each division.
• Complying with all company work systems and standard procedures such as ISO standard.
• Comply with Thai Labor Law.
• Knowledge in social compliance such as WRAP ,SMETA would be an advantage.
• Working in administration and labor relations.
• Performing other jobs assigned by the MD.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in HR or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in HR management in a manufacturing business.
• Have knowledge of ISO would be preferred.
• Excellent team leader with interpersonal skills and a positive approach.
• Fair to good command of English.
