HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with UAE Labour Law.
• Manage workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Supervise payroll coordination, compensation and benefits, and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, visa processing, and other employment requirements.
• Support management in organizational development, succession planning, and manpower budgeting.
• Lead and guide the HR team to ensure efficient delivery of HR services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of HR experience, preferably in a managerial role.
• Experience in the construction, manufacturing, joinery, or fit-out industry is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
