Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HR compliance, documentation, and statutory records.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment and employee induction.
• Oversee HR operations and employee data management.
• Prepare HR analytics, MIS reports, and dashboards.
• Support HR software integration and process automation.
• Assist with payroll processing and coordination.
• Support performance appraisals and employee reviews.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and people-focused activities.
