What they need
Hiring: HR Manager Location: Viman Nagar, Pune
Two-wheeler is mandatory
Minimum 4 years of experience in the luxury interiors or premium design product space.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer roll-out
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
Support disciplinary processes as per company policy
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling
Coordinate performance appraisal cycles with tracking goal setting, reviews, and feedbackSupport Client Relationship Management (CRM) activities
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms for project management and reporting.
Ability to work both independently and in a cross-functional team environment.
Experience working with luxury furniture, modular kitchen, sanitary ware or smart lighting brands
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
