As an HR Manager, you will oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and training and development. This position requires a proactive leader who can work collaboratively with all levels of the organization to attract and retain top talent, resolve employee issues effectively, and drive initiatives that enhance workforce productivity and satisfaction. The HR Manager will also be responsible for developing policies, managing HR data and analytics, and supporting organizational growth through strategic workforce planning. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and hire qualified candidates.
• Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance skills and performance.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
• Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain HR records and prepare reports on workforce metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborate with leadership to support organizational changes and workforce planning.
• Promote a positive workplace culture that supports diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a medium to large organization.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws, employment standards, and HR best practices.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Problem-solving mindset with the capability to manage conflict and drive resolutions.
• Relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
