HR MANAGER

Job Description & Requirements

Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and training

Sytemise and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Handle employee records, including attendance, leave, and benefits administration

Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries

Coordinate training and development programs for employees

Provide administrative support to various departments

Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and admin roles

Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office softwares

Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Strong organizational, effifiency and time management skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Experience working in construction and logistic will be preferable
