HR Manager - Stand Alone - On site

The Opportunity: As an HR Manager, you'll play a key role in:

• Leading employee relations, providing expert advice and ensuring HR best practice.
• Coaching managers, supporting organisational change and strengthening leadership capability.
• Driving recruitment, talent management, succession planning and employee engagement.
• Developing learning and development initiatives to support employee growth.
• Improving HR policies, processes and people strategies to support business objectives.

Your contribution will help shape a positive, high-performing culture and support the organisation's continued success.

About You: We're looking for someone who can bring:

• CIPD Level 5 or an equivalent HR qualification.
• Strong generalist HR experience and knowledge of UK employment law.
• Confidence managing complex employee relations and organisational change.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and developing people initiatives.
• An approachable, commercially aware and proactive working style.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA or Workday would be beneficial but isn't essential.
