HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, organizational development plans, and performance management systems aligned with business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment to attract and retain qualified talent within target timelines.
• Improve employee engagement, reduce turnover, and enhance new hire retention.
• Plan and manage training, development programs, and budgets to support organizational growth.
• Streamline HR processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and resource utilization.
• Establish knowledge management and knowledge-sharing systems across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain positive employee relations.
• Oversee general administration, facilities, office supplies, workplace safety, and administrative services to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Drive HR and organizational initiatives to achieve business goals within agreed timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HR management, with experience in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, learning & development, employee relations, and labor law compliance.
• Experience in organizational development, HR strategy, and process improvement.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational effectiveness.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
