HR Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Head to lead and oversee the organization’s HR functions. The role will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing talent acquisition and employee relations, strengthening performance management, and ensuring efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead manpower planning, organizational structure, and workforce requirements.
• Oversee recruitment and selection strategies to attract and retain qualified talent.
• Manage employee concerns, grievances, disciplinary matters, workplace policies, and labor-related concerns.
• Lead the performance management framework, including KPIs, performance reviews, and improvement initiatives.
• Oversee HR operations, employee records, attendance, leave, HR systems, policies, and procedures.
• Provide HR analytics and workforce insights, including headcount, turnover trends, and personnel cost analysis.
• Develop strategies for employee engagement, retention, leadership development, and succession planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• With substantial experience in HR leadership or management, preferably in a multi-branch or growing organization.
• Strong background in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple HR functions and priorities.
