HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
• Handle employee attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
• Implement HR policies and maintain employee records.
• Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and grievance resolution.
• Coordinate payroll, statutory compliance, and HR operations.
• Organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
• Support workforce planning and departmental hiring requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or a relevant degree.
• 5–8 years of experience in HR management.
• Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
