HR Manager

Our client, a well-established ready-mix concrete company in Dubai, is looking for an experienced HR Supervisor / HR Manager to oversee HR operations and support the company’s workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.
• Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance management.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Support manpower planning and coordinate with department heads to meet staffing requirements.
• Supervise HR team members and ensure efficient delivery of HR services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an HR supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the ready-mix concrete, construction, or industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices.
• Experience managing a diverse, operational, and blue-collar workforce.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
