HR Manager

• Prepare manpower plans in coordination with department heads.
• Manage recruitment for Tool Room, Injection Moulding, Quality, Maintenance, Accounts and other departments.
• Supervise attendance, leave, overtime and shift records.
• Coordinate monthly payroll with Accounts.
• Ensure accurate salary inputs, deductions, incentives and employee advances.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace conflicts.
• Establish clear procedures for warnings, show-cause notices and corrective action.
• Implement KRAs and KPIs across departments.
• Coordinate employee appraisals, performance reviews and promotions.
• Develop and maintain the organization chart, reporting structure and employee master.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
