Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Hospital HR Manager to manage HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and administration within a healthcare environment. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant hospital HR experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for doctors, nurses, medical staff, and non-medical staff.
• Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, and HR documentation.
• Monitor staff attendance, leave management, and shift schedules.
• Coordinate payroll processing and maintain employee records.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and staff welfare.
• Coordinate with hospital departments to fulfill staffing requirements.
• Implement HR policies and maintain employee discipline.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Prepare HR reports, employee records, and recruitment updates.
• Support employee engagement, performance reviews, and staff retention.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospital or healthcare HR operations.
• Good knowledge of hospital recruitment and HR administration.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of hospital staffing and recruitment.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR documentation.
• Ability to coordinate with medical and non-medical departments.
