HR Manager

1. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support the company's strategic objectives
2. Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees
3. Manage employee relations, including addressing grievances and disciplinary matters
4. Design and administer employee training and development programmes
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
6. Collaborate with department heads to identify and address HR-related challenges
7. Participate in the development of the company's overall business strategy
8. Manage the HR team and provide coaching and mentoring as needed

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 8 years of progressive HR management experience, preferably in the human resources and recruitment industry
2. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and compliance requirements
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
4. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and address HR-related challenges
5. Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing HR teams
6. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
