Job Description:

Looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage recruitment, employee relations, and day to day HR operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle end to end recruitment and selection.
• Manage employee onboarding and induction.
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate payroll and performance evaluations.
• Handle employee relations and grievances.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HR operations and recruitment.
