Key responsibilities
- Manage daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievances
- Manage HR policies, performance appraisals, and staff development
- Oversee payroll coordination, leave administration, and employee benefits
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws
- Support management in manpower planning and other HR-related matters
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of relevant HR working experience
- Good knowledge of HR practices and labour laws
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and handle confidential information professionally
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
