Job Description – HR Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented professional with strong people-management skills, sound HR knowledge, and the ability to manage HR operations effectively in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee induction.
• Handle attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
• Coordinate manpower planning and workforce requirements with production and other departments.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Monitor employee performance, training, and development.
• Ensure proper HR documentation and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Coordinate with management to support organizational goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant qualification.
• 5–8 years of experience in HR, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Good knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and factory-related HR practices.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage shop-floor employees, staff, and contract manpower.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
