HR Manager

About the role

This position will play a strategic role as a business partner in supporting organizational development, people management, and building an adaptive and productive work culture.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end HR functions, both strategic and operational
• Develop people development and organizational development programs
• Act as a business partner for management in people and organizational management
• Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee development processes
• Develop competency systems and training programs based on business needs
• Support the creation of a positive, productive, and adaptive work culture

About you

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist in a manufacturing company minimum 7 Years
• Strong passion and mindset in people and organizational development
• Competent as an HR Business Partner in supporting business objectives
• Strong self-learning mindset, especially in the Human Capital field
• Good understanding of CBT (Competency Based Training/Technical) implementation
• Experienced in recruitment and selection processes, including various assessment and interview methods
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Able to work both strategically and operationally
