HR Manager

Hiring: HR Manager – Sukudo Studios

Sukudo Studios is looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead the HR function and build a high-performing, people-first workplace.

Experience

• 5-6years of HR experience.
• Minimum 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in media, entertainment, IT, or other fast-paced industries is preferred.
• MBA in HR / PGDM in HR will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the HR team.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning.
• Drive employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and onboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, payroll coordination, and POSH regulations.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
• Maintain HR records, reports, and key people metrics.
• Partner with leadership to strengthen company culture and support business growth.

Skills Required

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of labour laws, POSH compliance, and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HRMS tools, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
