- Manage employee grievances and ensure fair resolution through effective grievance handling processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies, strategies, and procedures to align with business objectives.
- Oversee industrial relations by maintaining cordial relationships with employees, unions, and government authorities.
- Design and execute performance management systems to drive organizational growth and development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards in all aspects of human resources management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong understanding of ER (Employee Relations), HR Policies, Industrial Relations, Performance Management, Employee Welfare.
- Excellent communication skills for effective grievance redressal and negotiation.
