HR Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Selection: Manage end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination, and hiring.
• Employee Onboarding: Handle offer letters, appointment letters, employment forms, NDAs, joining formalities, and induction.
• Attendance & Leave Management: Monitor employee attendance, leave records, working hours, and punctuality.
• Payroll Coordination: Coordinate salary processing, payroll records, salary revisions, and employee deductions in accordance with applicable policies and laws.
• HR Policies & Compliance: Implement company HR policies and maintain compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, maintain discipline, and promote a professional work environment.
• Performance Management: Monitor employee performance, coordinate appraisals, and support performance improvement initiatives.
• HR Documentation: Maintain employee records, employment agreements, confidentiality documents, and other HR-related records.
• HR Operations: Manage HR activities through company systems, including Odoo, and prepare regular HR reports.
• Workforce Planning: Coordinate with management and department heads to identify staffing requirements and support organizational growth.

Key Expectations

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all HR activities.
• Ensure timely completion of recruitment and HR operations.
• Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Support the company's growth by developing effective HR processes and employee management practices.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
