Job Summary

Titanium Family is looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Manager with strong hands-on experience in managing end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
• Handle manpower planning and ensure timely closure of vacancies across dealership departments.
• Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee welfare initiatives.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance management.
• Monitor employee attendance, attrition, retention, and manpower reports.
• Coordinate with departmental heads and senior management on HR-related matters.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Drive employee engagement, training, and performance improvement initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: MBA in Human Resource Management (HR) is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in HR operations and generalist HR functions.
• Industry Preference: Automobile dealership or automobile industry experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, payroll coordination, labour laws, PF, and ESIC compliance.

Preferred Candidate

A hands-on HR professional capable of independently managing HR functions, leading HR processes, and supporting business operations effectively.
