About Us:
IT Resources is a leading enterprise software solutions company providing POS software across Pakistan.
We at IT Resources are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead our HR operations and office administration at our Islamabad office
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR functions.
- Monitor employee performance
- Handle client coordination and communication
- Oversee daily administrative tasks and office management
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HRM
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership
- Quick learner
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Location: Islamabad - On-site
Salary: Rs 30,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time
Timings: Monday to Saturday - 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
