Job Description - HR Manager Key Responsibilities

• Manage HR for factory, office and project-site employees.
• Handle employee grievances, discipline and conflict resolution.
• Monitor attendance, shifts, overtime and payroll inputs.
• Implement and enforce HR policies consistently.
• Lead HR executives; coordinate recruitment, onboarding and exits.
• Report workforce updates and HR issues to senior management.

Candidate Profile

• 7+ years of HR experience, including managerial responsibility.
• Experience in manufacturing, electronics or project-based organisations preferred.
• Proven ability to lead HR teams, manage employee relations and advise senior management.
• Working knowledge of payroll, labour compliance and HR documentation.
