We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Libya.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the recruitment process and ensure a smooth hiring pipeline.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.
Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Requirements:
Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience as an HR Manager
Strong leadership and management skills
Experienced in employee relations and conflict resolution
Proficient in HR software and tools
Knowledgeable in labor laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
