Roles and Responsibilities in Real Estate

• Recruitment: Hire sales executives, property managers, engineers, and other staff.
• Employee Management: Handle attendance, leave, and employee performance.
• Payroll & Benefits: Manage salaries, incentives, bonuses, and employee benefits.
• Training & Development: Train employees on sales skills, customer service, and company policies.
• Employee Relations: Resolve workplace issues and maintain a positive work environment.
• Labour Law Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and statutory requirements.
• Performance Management: Monitor employee targets, especially sales and project teams.
• Policy Development: Create and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Employee Engagement: Motivate staff and improve employee retention.
• HR Reporting: Maintain employee records and prepare HR reports for management

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
