What they need
- Manage and oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Lead the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations and handle workplace grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Develop and maintain effective performance management and appraisal systems.
- Manage payroll, employee benefits, leave administration, and other HR-related matters.
- Plan and coordinate employee training, development, and career growth programs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
- Review and update company HR policies, employee handbook, and procedures when necessary.
- Provide HR advice and support to management on manpower planning, employee matters, and organizational development.
- Monitor employee engagement and promote a positive and healthy workplace culture.
- Prepare HR reports, manpower analysis, and other management reports as required.
- Work closely with department heads to identify manpower requirements and support workforce planning.
- Handle any other HR-related duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
