What they need

  • Lead HR strategy and operations across multiple international locations, with hands-on ownership of local execution in each market.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees on workforce planning, organizational design, employee relations, and talent management.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement — sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and pre-employment checks.
  • Oversee compensation & benefits programs, payroll governance (salary processing, overtime, allowances, adjustments for large employee populations), and annual salary review processes.
  • Handle employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, investigations, grievance handling, and dispute resolution in line with statutory requirements.
  • Manage immigration and international mobility — Singapore EP, S Pass, and Work Permit applications, renewals, cancellations, and mass applications, plus equivalent work-authorization processes in India and Hong Kong.
  • Develop, draft, and standardize HR policies, employment contracts, confirmation/termination documentation, and the Employee Handbook, ensuring local regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
  • Drive HR analytics, manpower/workforce reporting, recruitment tracking, and management dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Liaise with government and regulatory bodies (e.g., MOM, CPF Board) and external stakeholders — employment agencies, professional bodies, training providers — on HR and compliance matters.
