The Human Resource Manager serves as a strategic partner to Management by providing recommendations on staffing, employee performance, organizational structure, workplace concerns, and HR initiatives that support the company's growth as an online-selling and curtain retail business operating through platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, and other sales channels.
