HR MANAGER – TATERS ENTERPRISES, INC.

JOB SPECIFICATION

Education and Experience

• Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably in a managerial, supervisory, or Organizational Development role.
• Experience in Training and Development, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and HR Planning is an advantage.
• Experience in the retail, food service, or multi-branch operations industry is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing HR initiatives and using technology to improve HR processes.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, manpower planning, and Philippine labor laws.
• Proficient in end-to-end recruitment, staffing, compensation and benefits, training, and performance management.
• Proficient in AI tools and applications for HR operations, including AI-assisted recruitment, report generation, data analysis, workflow automation, and HR documentation.
• Ability to identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve HR efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
• Skilled in using HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and other HR technologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Able to analyze HR data, generate reports, and provide data-driven recommendations to management.
