Bina Jaya Group is a growing company with ambitious plans to expand our business across Malaysia.

As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for a capable and driven Human Resources Manager to join our core management team and play a key role in building the people, systems and culture that will support our nationwide expansion.

This is more than a traditional HR management role.

You will work directly with the Group CEO, gain exposure to strategic business decisions and take ownership of strengthening our HR function as the organisation grows.

We are looking for someone who enjoys taking initiative, building effective systems and developing people — someone who wants to grow alongside the company and make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

• HR Strategy & Organisational Growth: Work closely with the Group CEO to develop HR strategies that support business expansion and workforce planning.
• Recruitment & Talent Development: Lead recruitment, onboarding, talent development and employee retention initiatives.
• HR Operations: Oversee payroll, attendance, leave administration, employee benefits and HR documentation.
• Performance Management: Establish effective KPIs, performance appraisals, probation evaluations and employee development plans.
• HR Policies & Systems: Develop and improve HR policies, SOPs, Employee Handbook and HR management systems.
• Employee Relations & Compliance: Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters and compliance with Malaysian employment legislation.
• Leadership & Culture: Work with management to strengthen accountability, employee engagement and organisational culture.
• Management Reporting: Provide HR insights, workforce analysis and recommendations to support management decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably including supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, payroll practices and statutory requirements.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management and HR policy development.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, independent and comfortable working in a growing, fast-paced organisation.
• Able to think strategically while remaining hands-on in daily HR operations.
• Experience developing HR systems or supporting business expansion will be an added advantage.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: RM6,000 – RM8,000 per month
