HR Manager

We're looking for an experienced HR Manager to join and take ownership of our people and hub at Sporting Solutions. In this highly collaborative role, you'll support and guide managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle, combining trusted day-to-day advice with hands-on delivery and continuous improvement. The Wow

You will play a central role in creating a positive, consistent and high-performing employee experience. Acting as a trusted partner to managers and employees, you will take full ownership of people processes and HR-related matters.

This is a varied, hands-on role with the opportunity to influence how we attract, develop, reward and retain talent. You will also collaborate closely with the global HR team to move the people agenda forward and strengthen our processes and practices as we continue our journey to become the Employer of Choice.

A taster of what you will be involved with:

• Coach and guide managers on people-related matters, helping them lead their teams effectively.
• Own competence and resource planning to support current and future business needs.
• Contribute to organisational design and development initiatives.
• Support recruitment and employer branding activities to attract and engage the right talent.
• Manage employment agreements and provide guidance on labour law matters.
• Support compensation and benefits processes.
• Coordinate social events and team-building activities that strengthen connection and engagement.
• Drive performance management processes and support managers throughout the performance cycle.
• Manage end-of-employment procedures in a consistent and professional way.
• Work closely with the global HR team to develop HR processes and practices that deliver an excellent employer experience.
• Support day-to-day office management and employee queries.
• Drive and participate in a range of local and global HR projects.

What we are looking for:

• Broad HR experience with the confidence to take ownership of the full employee lifecycle.
• Strong coaching and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with managers and employees.
• Practical knowledge of employment agreements, labour law, performance management, compensation and benefits, and end-of-employment processes.
• Experience supporting recruitment, employer branding, organisational development and workforce planning.
• A collaborative, hands-on approach and the ability to work effectively with both local stakeholders and a global HR team.
• Strong organisational skills, sound judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A genuine commitment to creating an engaging and positive employee experience.
