HR Manager

The role provides strategic HR insights and guidance to support management teams in making sound business decisions for both individual companies and the Group as a whole.

Responsible for overseeing key functions in Human Resource and Administrative Management across all companies under the E Purple T Holdings Group. This includes managing recruitment and selection, employee relations and engagement (covering training and development, events management, and performance management), ensuring HR, labor, and legal compliance, handling compensation and benefits, and leading planning and reporting activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Phsycology or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a HR Manager.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
