About the Role

We are looking for a senior HR Manager to lead the people function for our construction operations. The role will work closely with senior management and project leadership to drive HR strategy, talent acquisition, workforce planning, HR operations, administration and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall HR strategy and people agenda in alignment with business objectives.
• Drive manpower planning and workforce strategy across construction projects.
• Lead recruitment for critical, managerial, technical and project-level positions.
• Build, develop and lead the HR team and organizational structure.
• Partner with senior management and project heads on workforce and organizational decisions.
• Develop and strengthen HR policies, systems and processes.
• Oversee HR operations, employee relations, performance management and administration.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, career development and succession planning.
• Establish effective project/site HR systems and workforce management practices.
• Lead complex employee relations, disciplinary and workforce matters.
• Review HR MIS, manpower analytics and key HR metrics and provide strategic inputs to management.
• Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and statutory requirements across projects.
• Contribute to organizational development and business expansion through effective people strategies.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Personnel Management or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant HR experience in the construction industry.
• Strong leadership experience across HR Strategy, Recruitment, Operations, Administration and Project Management.
• Experience managing HR functions for construction projects and site-based workforce.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, decision-making and team-building capabilities.
• Proven experience in developing HR systems, processes and teams.
