Looking for Candidates with 10 plus years of experience in Retail / Wholesale / FMCG Industries as HR Generalist with expertise in PMS, Talent Engagement, HR SOP, Talent Acquisition etc., Africa Experience will be an added advantage. Candidates from Manufacturing / IT / Hospitality industries - please excuse.

Tax Free Salary on Offer will be upto usd 3000/- per month (PURELY BASED ON CURRENT SALARY) plus other benefits like Fully furnished Accommodation, Food, Transportation, Laundry, Medicals, Visa, Tickets, Performance Bonus, 30 days paid leave after every 2 years etc.,

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR Operations and employee lifecycle.
• Drive PMS, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Employee Engagement.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and processes.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, counselling and disciplinary matters.
• Conduct attrition analysis and implement employee retention initiatives.
• Manage payroll, attendance, leave and statutory compliance.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning, reskilling/upskilling and L&D.
• Partner with senior management and managers on HR strategy and people-related matters.
