Position description: Transforms data into actionable insights using the latest tools, systems and techniques to enhance data analysis and visualization for policy formulation and decision-making strategies by Management.

Primary Responsibilities:

• • Transforms HR data into actionable insights and communicates findings to support data-driven strategies
  • Develops and implements HRIS process improvements using modern tools, systems, and automation
  • Designs and creates HR analytics communication and learning materials for effective information dissemination
  • Coordinates with internal partners to implement newly developed analytical methodologies
  • Enhances service delivery by analyzing customer feedback and recommending process improvements
