Position: HR Manager/Generalist

Experience: 5 years

Qualification: Post Graduation(MBA in HR preferred)

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day HR operations and administration.

* Handle employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, and exit formalities.

* Manage recruitment, screening, and employee coordination.

* Maintain HR records and ensure company policies are followed.

* Handle employee-related queries and support day-to-day HR requirements.

* Coordinate with management on HR processes, employee performance, and company-related matters.

* Support payroll coordination and statutory/compliance-related activities.

* Develop and implement HR processes and policies as required.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with strong exposure to HR operations, recruitment, employee management, and administration.
