HR Manager (HR Operations)

Our client, a leading global supply chain and logistics solutions provider, is seeking a HR Manager to join its Hong Kong regional headquarters. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys driving HR operations excellence while supporting a regional workforce across Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Administration

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, and HR documentation
• Oversee payroll, benefits administration, tax filing, insurance, and leave management
• Ensure HR processes comply with local labour regulations and internal policies
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and produce regular HR reports and analytics

Compensation & Benefits

• Support annual salary reviews, bonus exercises, and benefits administration
• Partner with external vendors on payroll, insurance, and employee benefits
• Monitor market trends and contribute to compensation benchmarking exercises

Employee Relations & HR Advisory

• Act as a trusted HR contact for employees and managers
• Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations matters, and performance management processes
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
• 5 + years of HR experience with strong exposure to HR operations
• Proven experience in payroll, benefits administration, HR compliance, and employee lifecycle management
• Experience within logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, professional services, or multinational organizations preferred
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment legislation and HR best practices
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
