• Position : HR Manager (Human Resource | Engineering | Construction)
• Location : Kuala Lumpur
• Working hours : 5-day work week | Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to MYR 12,000 Basic + 12 Days Annual Leave + Variable Bonus
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Electrical Engineering | Infrastructure | Solar PV Systems

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-spectrum HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee engagement and offboarding.
• Review HR policies and ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
• Oversee payroll processing and statutory contributions and deductions, including EPF (KWSP), SOCSO (PERKESO), EIS and PCB (MTD), and manage applicable HRD Corp obligations.
• Advise management on workforce planning, employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Manage performance appraisals, training, talent development and succession planning.
• Oversee compensation and benefits, HR reporting and process improvements.
• Drive HR digitalisation, HR system improvements and process enhancements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience managing full-spectrum HR functions in a managerial or supervisory capacity is preferred.
• Engineering, construction or project-based industry experience would be an advantage.
