PGP Glass is looking for an experienced HR Manager Plant HR to join our team at Jarod, Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant-level positions across technical, non-technical, supervisory, and managerial roles.
• Coordinate manpower requirements, sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, salary negotiation, and offer roll-out.
• Ensure timely joining and smooth onboarding of new employees.
• Build talent pipelines through job portals, consultants, employee referrals, and local sourcing.

Employee Engagement & Relations

• Plan and implement employee engagement and welfare activities at the plant.
• Conduct employee connect initiatives, feedback sessions, recognition programs, and engagement activities.
• Address employee grievances and support effective conflict resolution.
• Maintain healthy employee relations and a positive work environment.

HR Generalist Activities

• Manage employee lifecycle activities including joining, confirmation, transfers, promotions, attendance, leave, and exits.
• Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
• Support payroll inputs and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution of payroll-related issues.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support performance management, training, and employee development initiatives.

Compliance & HR MIS

• Ensure implementation of HR policies and applicable labour/statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant teams for labour compliance and audits.
• Prepare and maintain HR MIS related to headcount, recruitment, attrition, absenteeism, and other HR metrics.
• Provide regular HR updates and insights to Plant Head and management.

Qualification & Experience

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
• 8–12 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/plant environment.
• Strong experience in Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, and HR Generalist functions.
• Good communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
