Summary We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee our HR department and ensure the smooth running of all HR operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in HR management and a deep understanding of HR processes and best practices. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing a team of HR professionals and implementing HR strategies to support the overall goals of the organization.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees
• Oversee employee relations and performance management
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions
• Conduct training and development programs for employees
• Manage employee benefits and compensation packages
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Provide HR support to senior management and department heads
• Lead HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 5+ years of experience in HR management
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team
• Proficient in HRIS and other HR software
• SHRM certification is a plus
