HR Manager - Learning and Organizational Development

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement learning and development strategies, training programs, and leadership development initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Conduct training needs analysis and design learning interventions to address competency and performance gaps.
• Lead organizational development initiatives such as competency frameworks, succession planning, talent development, and employee engagement programs.
• Manage training budgets, external training providers, learning platforms, and program effectiveness through defined metrics and evaluations.
• Partner with business leaders and HR teams to strengthen organizational capability, culture, and overall employee performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5–7 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development and/or Organizational Development, preferably with leadership or managerial experience.
• Strong experience in training design and facilitation, competency development, talent management, stakeholder management, and organizational development programs.
