HR Manager (Mandarin Speaker) - Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, BPJS, THR, and HR administration.
• Lead recruitment and organizational development for the Indonesia team.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and labor-related issues.
• Support training, talent development, and career development programs.
• Manage administration, including work permits and visas.
• Work closely with China-based management to support communication and cultural integration between Chinese and Indonesian teams.
• Support the company's HR and organizational development as it expands in Indonesia and Southeast Asia.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of HR management experience in Indonesia, preferably within a Chinese company or multinational organization.

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, BPJS, THR, payroll, employee relations, and HR compliance.

• HSK 5 or above is preferred, with the ability to use Mandarin as a professional working language.

• Minimum 5 years of comprehensive HR experience.

• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and cross-cultural management skills.

• Only candidates who are fluent in Mandarin will be shortlisted.
