Requirement

• Minimum bachelor's degree in psychology, law , Management, Industrial Engineering or relevant
• Able to fluently communicate in English bot orally and written
• Having 3+ years experinces as HRD Manager
• Have been experienced in manufacturing firms is preferred
• Having certificate in HR / IR / Legal scope is preferred
• Being good at analytical of Industrial Relations, Compensation & Benefit, Training & Development, Recruitment & Selection, Reward & Punishment also are preferred
• Willing to be placed in Morowali

• Supervise all process of Recruitment & Selection, Organization development, Database Administration, Industrial Relation, Compensation & Benefit, Performance Appraisal, People Development,Reward & Punishment,Termination, Legal Compliance
• Make A good coordination and cooperation wit another Department
• Provide daily,weekly,and monthly reports
