HR Manager - Nigeria

Manage end-to-end HR operations and HR strategy.
Handle manpower planning, recruitment and workforce management.
Manage employee relations, grievance handling and disciplinary processes.
Develop and implement performance management systems.

Required Candidate profile

8–15 years of HR exp, preferably in downstream oil and gas, petroleum retail, fuel stations, lubricants
Strong knowledge of West African labor markets and employment practices.
