HR Manager Operations

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage HR operations, including attendance management, leave management, payroll processing, and exit formalities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to employee grievances, final settlements, and onboarding processes.
• Handle employee grievances in a timely and effective manner to maintain high levels of morale and productivity.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues related to employment contracts, benefits administration, and tax filings.

Job Requirements :

• 8-15 years of experience in HR Operations or similar role.
• Strong understanding of attendance management systems and processes.
• Proficiency in handling complex payroll calculations and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Excellent grievance handling skills with ability to resolve conflicts promptly.
