HR Manager ( Part Time )

Join this professional services firm and take on a newly created HR Manager role.

Work part time hours to suit your lifestyle, 3 or 4 days a week, or 5 shorter days.

Reporting to the HR Partner and the Practice Manager the role covers:

• Providing HR support for staff
• Maintaining and implementing HR software
• Onboarding and off boarding staff
• Assisting with staff recruitment including job ads, application screening, interviewing and reference checks
• Supporting HR projects
• Organising staff functions and regular newsletters
• Overseeing payroll

Requirements for the role include:

• Minimum 3 years experience in an HR / People and Culture role , preferably with a professional company (accounting, law, banking etc)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
